| 摘 要： | 本文小结近25年我院施行的40例胰十二指肠切除术。早期并发症发生率42.5%(17例)。手术死亡率12.5%(5例)。据本组资料,认为以下因素与并发症及手术死亡有关:1.术前准备要充分。2.正确判断手术切除的可能性,位于钩突部的肿瘤尤应引起注意。3.减少术中出血。4.减少术后出血。5.仔细进行胰空肠吻合,预防术后胰瘘。6.减少术中污染,预防术后腹内化脓

| Abstract: | We reviewed fourty cases of pancreato-duodenectomy in the past twenty five years. There were seventeen cases had early complications. The complication rate was 42.5%. There were 5 cases died, the operative mortality rate was 12.5%, The following factors had relation tooperative death and to operative complication :(1) inadequate preoperative preperation. (2) incorrectdecision of resectability', especialy the tumor located near crochet. (3) massive bleedingin operation. (4) prevent secondary postoperative hemorrhage. (5) meticulous care in performing pancreatic jejuaal anastomoses for prevention of pancreatic fistula. (6) reduction of intraoperative contamination for prevention of postoperative abdominal abscess |
