| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨石菖蒲配伍冰片对大鼠抉血再灌注脑损伤内皮素的影响。方法：大鼠灌胃给药7d，造成脑缺血再灌注损伤模型，采用放射免疫法制定血浆和脑组织内皮素含量。结果：石菖蒲配伍冰片高、中剂量组脑组织内皮素含量明显下降，并显量效关系。结论：石菖蒲配伍冰片能够降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中内皮素含量，发挥护脑醒脑之功效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effects of Acorus tatarinowii Schott used together with borneol on endothelin in the rats undergone cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. Methods: Give Acorus tatarinowii Schott together with borneol for 7 days by op, then made the rat model of undergone cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. The level of endothelin detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: It was found that the level of endothelin obviously lower when Acorus tatarinowii Schott used together with borneol. Conclusion: Acorus tatarinowii Schott used together with borneol can protect the rats undergone cerebral ischemia and reperfusion. |
