| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨严重多发伤病人的急救与治疗。方法：回顾分析了我院1993年12月-2009年3月收治304例严重多发伤病人的救治经过、方法及结果。结果：304例中287例治愈出院，17例死亡，治愈率94．4％。结论：规范的早期急救，补充血容量防治休克，正确诊断，及时手术治疗，积极防治并发症是提高救治成功率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： Probe into the first aid and treatment of severity multiple injury. Methods： From December 1993 to March 2009, The treatment process and method and result of 304 patients with severity multiple injury were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital. Results： 287 were cured in 304 patients, 17 died, the recovery rate was 94. 4~. Conclusions： The key point of improving the remedy achievement ratio included normative prophase emergency, accompany blood volume to prevention and cure shock, diagnose correctly, perform the operation in time and prevent and cure complication actively. |
