| 摘 要： | 妊娠相关性血浆蛋白 A(PAPP A)是一种锌结合金属蛋白酶 ,近年来发现在急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清中 ,其浓度明显升高 ,预示可以作为不稳定斑块的识别标志之一。本文就PAPP A的分子结构、生物学特点及在急性冠脉综合征中的临床意义作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Pergnancy associated plasma protein-A(PAPP-A) belongs to the metzincin superfamily of metalloproteinases.Recently,in the patient of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),its concentration rise significantly which indicate that it can be used as one of the symbols of vunerable plaque.This review introduces the molecular struture and biological character of PAPP-A and its clinical meaning in ACS. |
