老年肺结核70例临床分析

目的讨论老年肺结核患者的病生理特点和治疗中常见的问题,以达到早期诊断与治疗的目的。方法采用回顾性统计分析的方法,对70例60岁以上的老年患者的临床表现、并发症、治疗方法及效果进行统计分析。结果具有典型临床症状的患者占50%,存在并发症的占25.7%,70例患者经治疗后治愈的64例(91.43%),病变吸收好转2例(2.86%),合并肺癌死亡4例(5.71%)。结论老年患者由于特殊的生理特点往往具有临床症状不典型,并发症较多,对化疗药物耐受性差,易产生毒副作用的特点,要加强对老年结核患者的认识,以及时总结达到早期诊断与治疗的目的。

Clinical Analysis of 70 Cases of Senile Tuberculosis

Objective]To investigate the pathophysiologic features and common problems of senile tuberculosis for early diagnosis and treatment.Methods]Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical manifestations,the complications of 70 cases of senile tuberculosis and the therapies used as well as its effect.Results]50% patients had typical symptoms;25.7% had complications;64 patients had been cured(91.43%);2 patients were improved(2.86%) and 4 patients died from lung cancer(5.71%).Conclusion]Because of the special physical features of senile patients,they have less typical symptoms,more complications,worse tolerance to chemotherapy and more side effects than common patients.More attention should be paid on the senile tuberculosis patients for earlier diagnosis and treatment.
