| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期肠外营养对神经外科重症病人治疗中的临床效果.方法 46例患者实施肠外营养,期间检测血生化指标和氮平衡.结果 氮平衡、白蛋白、淋巴细胞总数与营养支持前相比,有明显的改善(P＜0.05).结论 肠外营养支持能改善神经外科重症病人的营养状况,有利于脑功能的康复.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical effect of The application of the parenteral alimentation for curing the neurosurgery severe cases in early days.Methods 46 patients were taken into n parenteral alimentation, the blood bio-chemical index and nitrogen balance were examined during the period. Result It was great improved than that before, that the nitrogen balance, content of serum albumin and total lymphocyte count in the patients(P<0. 05). Conclusion The parenteral alimentation could improve the neurosurgery intensive cases ' nourishment condition. And it can facilitate the brain function to recover from illness. |
