紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗复治性中晚期食管癌贲门癌的临床研究

目的：观察紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP方案)治疗国人复治性中晚期食管癌、贲门癌的疗效及其不良反应。方法：全组共33例患者，其中食管癌15例，贲门癌18例，应用TP方案化疗，即紫杉醇60mg／m^2，iv gtt，dl，d8，d15；顺铂20mg，iv gtt，dl—d5；28天为一个周期。2个周期后按WHO标准进行评价。结果：33例共完成TP方案化疗118周期，平均3．58个周期，32例可评价疗效。获得CR3例，PR9例，NC8例，PD12例，客观有效率为37．5％。中位TTP为4．2个月，中位生存期6．5个月。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制。结论：TP方案治疗复治性中晚期食管、贲门癌近期疗效肯定，不良反应较轻微，患者耐受性较好。

Clinical observation of paclitaxel plus cisplatin for advanced oesophageal cancer and cardiac cancer

Objective:To evaluate the effect and toxicity of Paclitaxel plus Cisplatin (TP regimen) for advanced oesophageal cancer and cardiac cancer.Methods:Thirty-three patients, in which there were 15 oesophageal cancer patients and 18 cardiac cancer patients, were treated with TP regimen, cycles repeated for 28 days, median 3.58 cycles.Results:The overall response rate was 37.5%, including CR 3, PR 9, NC 8 and PD 12. Median TTP was 4.2 months. Median survival time was 6.5 months. The major side reaction was bone suppression.Conclusion:TP regimen is an effective regimen in treating advanced oesophageal cancer and cardiac patients with tolerable side reactions.
