| 摘 要： | 目的:建立木香理气片的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层鉴别方法作为定性指标,分别鉴别木香理气片中木香、香附及厚朴。结果:定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Muxiangliqi tablet,for its quality control.METHODS:Radix Aucklandiae,Rhizoma Cyperi and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis were detected by TLC.RESULTS:The characteristic identification was distinct and highly specific.CONCLUSION:The method is reliable,accurate and specific.It can be used for quality control of Muxiangliqi tablet. |
