休克状态下产科子宫切除18例分析

目的 :探讨休克状态下产科子宫切除并发症的预防措施。方法 :回顾分析 18例休克状态下产科子宫切除病例。结果 :18例患者中 ,全子宫切除 2例 ,子宫次全切 16例 ,2例术后宫颈出血 ,又行宫颈残端切除 ;2例术后腹腔内出血 ,行 2次探查止血 ;1例膀胱后血肿 ,行血肿清除。死亡 1例。结论 :低血压状态及凝血功能障碍 ,容易发生术后再出血 ,要采取有效措施 ,加以预防

Analysis of 18 caces of obstetrical hysterectomy at sate of shock

Objective:To investigate the preventive measures of obstetrical hysterectomy at state of shock.Methods:We studied 18 cases obstetrical hyterectomy at state of shock.Results:Among 18 cases,total hysterectomy was operated on 2 cases;subtotal hysterectomy was operated on 16 cases.Amputation of cervix was operated on 2 cases because of cervix bleeding after operation.Second look operation to stop bleeding was done on 2 cases because of bleeding in abdominal cavity.Haematoma behind bladder was cleaned away from 1 case.1 case was dead.Conclusions:Effective measures to prevent bleeding after operation should be done for the cases with hypotension and blood coagulation defect.
