2008～2009年吉林地区新生儿疾病筛查情况与改进策略

目的进一步提高新生儿疾病筛查数量和质量。方法建立筛查网络,落实人员职责,开展人员培训,加强宣传教育,加大政策支持力度,实行规范化管理,加强检查督导工作和质量控制。结果 2008年新生儿筛查率为53.34%,2009年新生儿筛查率为54.39%.2008年先天性甲状腺低下患儿3例,苯丙酮尿症5例。2009年先天性甲状腺患儿6例,苯丙酮尿症患儿7例。结论吉林地区开展新生儿疾病筛查工作非常有意义。

Screening status and advanced strategies of neonatal diseasesinJiLindistrict,2008～2009

Objective To improve the quantity and quality of screening of neonatal diseases .Methods The screening net was established,training of faculties was conducted,propagate and education of screening were strengthened,political support,supervising work and quantity control was improved. Results The ratas of newborn screening were53. 34% in2008. The ratas of newborn screening were54. 39% in2009. Conqenital hypothyroidism（ CH） 3 example and PKU positive neonates5 example in2008. Conqenital hypothyroidism（ CH） 6 example and PKU positive neonates 7 example in2009. Conclusion It is meaningful to begin the screening work in Jinlin district .
