| 摘 要： | 本文报道了中华按蚊和致倦库蚊染色体分带技术的研究。结果显示在所用的三种分带技术中，两种蚊虫染色结果不同，而且在同一蚊种中，不同的分带技术成功率也不同，以中华按蚊Ｃ带染色较为成功，本文还探讨了分带染色过程中的一些问题。

| Abstract: | The results of chromosome C-banding,G-banding and N- banding inAsopheles sinensis and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were reported. Thebanding results were different in two species of mosquito es and the rate ofbanding success was different too, in which the C- banding was more success- ful Some problems of banding proceeding were discussed. |
