铁离子对乳酸环丙沙星注射液变色的影响

乳酸环丙沙星注射液由于在生产过程中带入铁离子而使颜色变黄,这是铁离子与环丙沙星形成缔合物的关系,但铁离子对乳酸环丙沙星含量并无影响.当加入EDTA就能络合与环丙沙星缔合的铁离子而退色,EDTA对环丙沙星的含量亦无影响.

Effect of iron ion on changing color of the injection of Ciprofloxacinum lactate

The color of the injection of Ciprofloxacinum lactate may be changed to be yellow because iron ion gets into the solution and forms chelate with Ciprofloxacinum. This study indicated that: 1) iron ion did not affect the content of Ciprofloxacinum lactate in the injection; (2) yellow color might disappear when EDTA was added; 3) the addition of EDTA has no any effect on the content of Ciprofloxacinum in the injection.
