龙胆碱对高热惊厥模型大鼠海马区神经元损伤的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨龙胆碱对反复高热惊厥所致大鼠海马CA1区神经元及超微结构损伤的保护作用。方法:采用热水浴法诱导大鼠高热惊厥模型,腹腔注射龙胆碱进行干预治疗。21日龄大鼠经筛选后随机分为三组:正常对照组(NG组,n=15)、高热惊厥组(FC组,n=15)、龙胆碱干预组(GT组,n=15)。HE染色及透射电镜法观察各组大鼠海马CA1区神经元病理及超微结构改变。结果:HE染色及透射电镜的观察显示龙胆碱治疗组较惊厥组大鼠在细胞及细胞器水平惊厥性脑损伤的程度轻,统计结果表明,干预组损伤的神经元及细胞器个数少,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆碱能显著减轻高热惊厥所致的海马CA1区神经元病理学损伤,但不能完全逆转高热惊厥所致的重度脑损伤。
