| 摘 要： | 目的降低ABO溶血性黄疸。方法对"O"型血的母亲,分娩后常规检查脐血血型,选择脐血为A和B型新生儿49例,分为两组。实验组23例,生后即刻给苯巴比妥钠口服治疗,发现皮肤发黄后给中药退黄汤口服治疗;对照组26例不给任何药物;两组新生儿黄疸超过生理性范围给予综合治疗,包括蓝光照射等。结果①两组新生儿治疗前血清胆红素值无显著性差异(P0.05),而综合治疗24小时及48小时后两组血清胆红素有显著性差异(P0.05,P0.01);②两组蓝光照射时间及黄疸消退时间有显著性差异(P0.05,P0.01)。结论早期应用苯巴比妥钠及中药退黄汤可降低血清胆红素峰值,避免了换血治疗,缩短了疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce ABO blood type hemocytic jaundice.
