| 摘 要： | 本文采用三阶导数光谱法测定三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液的含量，三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液的浓度在６０～１５０ｕｇ／ｍｌ时，振幅Ｄ值与浓度有良好的线性差异，ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为１００．１６％，ｅｖ＝０．８５％，ｎ＝５。

| Abstract: | We use the method of third derivation spectrum to measure the injection content of ATP.When the density of ATP injection is between 60 to 150 ug/ml,the value of amptitude D has a nice linear connection with the density,r=0.9999,the average rate of recovery is 100.16%,ev=0.85%,n=5. |
