| 摘 要： | 目的 分析甲状舌管囊肿的声像图特征及超声对该疾病的诊断价值。方法 对72例甲状舌管囊肿声像图特征进行总结，并与手术及病理报告进行对比分析。结果 超声表现肿块大部分形态尚规则，边界清楚，内部回声复杂多样，表现为三种：无回声，低回声，回声呈不均质多样性。结论 超声诊断小儿甲状舌管囊肿有较高的临床价值。

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Thyroglossal Duct Cyst in Children |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the ultrasonic features of thyroglossal duct cyst in children and determine the diagnostic value.Methods Ultrasonic features of 72 cases of thyroglossal duct cyst were analysed and compared with surgical-pathology.Results Most contours of the masses were somewhat regular,and the margins were clear.There were three inside echopatterns:anechoic,hypoechoic and heterogeneous.Conclusion The ultrasonography is of relatively high clinical value in the diagnosis of thyroglossal duct cyst. |
