正常成人室间隔左右心室面结构与功能关系的超声心动图研究

摘    要:目的探讨被“亮线”分成的室间隔左右心室面在结构及功能方面是否存在差异。方法应用解剖M型超声、应变及应变率成像技术测量正常成人室间隔左右心室面的厚度、应变及应变率,并对两者相应的指标进行比较。结果室间隔左心室面的厚度大于右心室面短轴-左:(5.4±1.1)mm,右:(4.2±1.5)mm,P〈0.05;长轴-左:(5.6±1.3)mm,右:(4.3±1.3)mm,P〈0.05)]。在室间隔短轴切面,其左室面的应变及应变率均高于右心室面应变(%),左:30±9,右:17±11,P〈0.05;应变率(1/s),左:2.4±0.8,右:1.6±0.7,P〈0.05],且左右心室面的应变之比及应变率之比均在1.5-2.0。在室间隔长轴切面,其左右心室面的应变及应变率与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义应变(%),左:26±5,右:24±7,P〉0.05;应变率(1/s),左:2.3±0.4,右:2.2±0.5,P〉0.05]。结论正常成人室间隔的左右心室面在结构及功能上存在一定的差异。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the morphological and functional difference between left and right side of septum divided by the ' bright line' in the septum. Methods By anatomical M mode, strain and strain rate imaging, the thickness, strain and strain rate of both sides of septum were measured. Then compare the related parameters of them. Results In this normal population, the left side of septum was thicker than the right one left : ( 5.4 ± 1.1 ) mm, right : ( 4. 2 ± 1.5 ) mm, P 〈 0. 05 ]. The radial systolic parameters were different for the left and right side of septum strain( % ) ,on the left:30 ±9 ,and on the right: 17 ±1 ,P 〈 0. 05 ; strain rate (l/s) , on the left :2.4 ± 0. 8, and on the right : 1.6 ± 0. 7, P 〈 0. 05 ] and ratio of strain and ratio of strain rate for left and right side of septum were in the range of 1.5 - 2.0, whereas longitudinal deformation was found to be similar strain ( % ) , on the left : 26 ± 5, and on the right : 24 ± 7, P 〉 0. 05 ; strain rate(l/s) ,on the left:2. 3 ±0. 4,and on the right:2.2 ±0. 5 ,P 〉0. 05 ]. Conclusion The left side of the septum is different from the right one in morphology and function.
