大鼠子宫内膜衰老的组织化学观察

摘    要:用组织化学方法对30只SD大鼠子宫内膜的年龄性变化作了观察。随着年龄的增高。子宫内膜表面上皮和腺上皮NSE、ANAE及LDH活性上升,SDH和GPDH活性下降。ACP活性在表面上皮升高,而在腺上皮下降。ATPase和AKP主要定位于血管内皮,其活性随增龄而升高,中性粒细胞的POD和细胞色素氧化酶活性随增龄而下降。

Abstract:The age-related changes in the endometrium were observed with histochemistry in 5-7, 13-15 and 26-29 mos. virgin SD rats. With the advan- cing of age, the epithelial reaction of NSE, ANAE and LDH increased, but SDH and GPDH decreased. ACP activity became stronger in the super- ficial epithelium and weaker in the glandular epithelium. ATPase and AKP were found in the endothelium, with the enzyme activities increasing with age. POD and cytochrome oxidase were localized only in neutrophilic gra- nulocytes, the positive cells were remarkably fewer in 13-15 and 26-29 than in 5-7 mos. rats.
