奥美拉唑合用胸腺蛋白口服液治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

目的 研究奥美拉唑合用胸腺蛋白口服液治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法 将94例消化性溃疡患者随机分为奥美拉唑加胸腺蛋白口服液组（治疗组）和单纯奥美拉唑组（对照组），其中治疗组48例，应用奥美拉唑20mg，1次／d，TPOS（含胸腺蛋白30mg）6ml，2次／d。对照组46例单纯应用奥美拉唑20mg，1次／d。十二指肠溃疡者治疗4周，胃溃疡治疗6周。停药后复查胃镜，观察溃疡愈合情况。结果 治疗组和对照组十二指肠溃疡的愈合率分别为100％和81．3％（P〈0．05）．总有效率分别为100％和84．4％（P〈0．05）；胃溃疡的愈合率分别为100％和71．4％（P〈0．05），总有效率分别为100％和85．7％（P〈0．05）；治疗组症状改善率十二指肠溃疡分别为100％和84．4％（P〈0．05）；胃溃疡分别为100％和85．7％（P〈0．05）。结论 奥美拉唑合用胸腺蛋白口服液能提高消化性溃疡的治愈率和症状改善率，疗效比单用奥美拉唑更好，且无不良反应，患者耐受性好，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on omeprazole combined with thymus protein oral solution in the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of omeprazole combined with thymus pnotein oral solution(TPOS) in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods 94 patients with peptic ulcers were randomized divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group(48 patients) received omeprazole 20mg once daily and TPOS 6ml twice daliy.The control group(46 patients) received omeprazole 20 mg once daily.Duodenal ulcer as treated for 4 weeks;Gastric ulcer was treated for 6 weeks,ulcer healing was assessed by endoscopy.Results After 4 weeks treatment,duodenal ulcer healing rates were 100% in treatment group and 81.3% in control group(P<0.05),the effective rate were 100% and 84.4%(P<0.05),respectively.After 6 weeks,gastric ulcer healing rates were 100% in treatment group and 71.4% in control group(P<0.05),the effective rate were 100% and 85.7%,respectively(P<0.05).The symptoms relieving rate of duodenal ulcer were 100% and 84.4%,respectively(P<0.05), gastric ulcer were 100% and 85.7%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with TPOS may produce highr ulcer healing rate and symptoms relieving rate than omeprazole alone in the treatment of peptic ulcer and are well tolerated.
