| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创开胸技术在胸部手术中的应用价值和经验.方法:应用微创开胸切口行胸外科手术189例,手术入路包括前外侧小切口、后外侧小切口、腋下小切口.术式包括肺叶切除、肺楔形切除、纵隔肿瘤切除、肺大泡切除缝扎并胸膜固定术、脓胸廓清术等.结果:全组均顺利地完成了手术,无严重的术中及术后并发症发生,术后恢复快.结论:微创开胸手术具有损伤小、出血少、并发症少、恢复快等优点,同时兼顾美观,疗效满意,只要适应症选择得当,值得临床推广.
