| 摘 要： | 天然免疫是机体抵御病原微生物感染的第一道防线.首先机体要识别病原体然后才能做出防御性反应.目前发现Toll样受体家族成员在识别病原体并介导天然免疫反应中具有重要作用.TLR结构及功能的研究,为我们揭示机体天然免疫防御机制开辟了新的途径.

| Abstract: | The innate immune response is the first line of defense against infectious disease by recognizing the invading pathogens and mounting a rapid defensive response. Recent studies have revealed that Toll like receptors (TLRs) are key molecules for recognizing bacterial components to evoke innate immune response. Studies on TLRs and their signaling pathway will disclose the mechanism of innate immune reco gnition and host defense. |
