MMP3与TIMP2蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶子（MMP3）与基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子（TIMP2）蛋白在宫颈癌组织中表达、相互关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化学S-P法检测46例宫颈癌、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）和10例宫颈良性病变上皮组织中MMP3及TIMP2的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组织中MMP3表达水平高于CIN及宫颈良性病变上皮（P〈0．05），而TIMP2蛋白表达水平低于CIN及宫颈良性病变上皮（P〈0．05）；MMP3的阳性表达率与宫颈癌分化程度、淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄、组织类型及临床分期无关（P〉0．05）；TIMP2的阳性表达率与宫颈癌分化程度及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与患者年龄、组织类型、临床分期无关（P〉0．05）；结论MMP3与TIMP2的表达程度与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关，二者的比例失衡可能与宫颈癌的临床分期有关系。

Expression and significance of MMP3 and TIMP2 in cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of MMP3 and TIMP2 in cervical cancer as well as their relationships with clinical characteristics.Methods The expression of MMP3 and TIMP2 were examined with immun-ohistochemical technique(S-P) in the specimens from 46cases of cervical cancer and 20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 10 cases of cervical epithelium.Results The positive rate of MMP3 expression was higher in cervical cancer than that in the CIN and cervical epithelium(P<0.05),while the positive rate of TIMP2 expression was marked lower in cervical cancer than that in the CIN and cervical epithelium(P<0.05);The expression of MMP3 was correlated with the differentiation of tumor cells and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with the age,type of tissue and clinic staging(P>0.05);The expression of TIMP2 was correlat-ed with the differentiation of tumor cells and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not with the age,type of tissue and clinic staging(P>0.05).Conclusions MMP3 and TIMP2 may involve in the carcinogenesis of cervical cancer,and their disequilibrium may correlate with clinic staging of cervical cancer.
