| 摘 要： | 大剂量氨甲喋呤(MTX)治疗小儿急性淋巴细胞性白血病及淋巴肉瘤20例(急性淋巴细胞性白血病16例,淋巴肉瘤4例)。进行分析,观察了副作用和四氢叶酸钙(CF)的解救效果。结果显示,大剂量 MTX 的治疗效果是明显增高的。由于合理使用四氢叶酸钙解救,无一例出现不可逆毒性反应。由此认为,大剂量 MTX 在治疗上有更重大的意义。

| Abstract: | 16 cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia and 4 cases of lymphoma in children treated with large dosage methotrexatum(MTX)were reported and discussed,We observed the subsidiary action of these cases,useing calcii foliuas(CF)to reduce its side effect was effective.This indicated that the effective treating rate by large dosage MTX was obviously higher.If we use CF to reduce its subsidiary action reasonablely,irreversible damage will not occur.So,we believe that the treating with large MTX in these diseases is of great significance. |
