| 摘 要： | 及时有效的溶栓治疗能显著改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床预后。经颅多普勒超声不仅可以检测颅内病变动脉的狭窄、闭塞或再通,而且可以直接或间接促进血栓溶解。本文对脑缺血溶栓分级、超声溶栓原理、超声溶栓的实验研究和临床试验进行了系统回顾和分析,并就超声溶栓的安全性和临床应用前景进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The thrombolytic therapy in time windows can significantly improve the clinical outcome of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Transcranial Doppler can not only detect the stenosis,occlusion and recanalization of intracranial artery,but also accelerate clot lysis directly or indirectly.The thrombolysis in brain ischemia transcranial Doppler flow grades,mechanism of sonothrombolysis,experimental observations and clinical trials of ultrasound-accelerated thrombolysis were summarized.The safety and prospect of sonothrombolysis was also discussed. |
