Ponseti方法治疗先天性复发性马蹄内翻足疗效

目的 评价Ponseti方法治疗先天性复发性马蹄内翻足的疗效.方法 2005年6月至2009年3月,我院共收治先天性复发性马蹄内翻足患儿22例37足,男12例,女10例,平均年龄(16.1±11.5)个月(8～58个月),所有病例均采用Ponseti方法治疗,包括每周1次手法矫形和序列石膏固定、经皮跟腱切断及使用足外展支具.结果 本组病例22例均得到随访,最短15个月,平均(22.0±6.5)个月,按Pirani方法评分,0～0.5分评定为优良,最终37足中有28足Pirani评分达到0～0.5分,优良率75.7%.结论 Ponseti方法治疗先天性复发性马蹄内翻足可以取得满意的效果.

Treatment of relapsed clubfoot with Ponseti method

Objective To evaluate Ponseti method in the treatment of relapsed clubfoot. Methods Twenty-two patients (37 feet) with relapsed clubfoot were treated from June 2005 to March 2009,including 12 males and 10 females. The average age was 16.1 ± 11.5 months (ranging from 8 to 58 months). All patients were treated with Ponseti method, including weekly manipulations and serial casting, percutaneous tendoachilles tenotomy and foot abduction brace. Results All patients were fol-lowed up for an average of 22.0± 6.5 months. Twenty-eight feet were evaluated as the excellent (0～0.5 point) according to the Pirani Scoring system, with the rate of the excellence and good at 75.7%.Conclusions Ponseti method can achieve satisfactory outcomes for patients with relapsed clubfoot.
