鼻部与喉部神经内分泌癌的诊断及治疗

目的总结鼻与喉部神经内分泌癌的诊治体会。方法对1例鼻部及1例喉部神经内分泌癌患者的临床诊断与治疗资料进行分析。结果2例均行手术加术后放疗，鼻部患者追加化疗，随访1．5～2年未见复发。结论鼻喉部神经内分泌肿瘤是一组形态、预后各异的病变，正确诊断有赖于临床特点、电镜、免疫组化检查。不同病理亚型的神经内分泌肿瘤的治疗方法及预后是不同的。

Diagnosis and treatment of neuroendocrine carcinoma on nose and throat

Objective To improve the nasal neuroendocrine carcinoma of the larynx diagnosis and treatment level. Methods 1 cases of nasal and 1 cases of laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results 2 patients were treated with surgery and postoperative radiotherapy. Conclusion Neuroendocrine neoplasmis on nose and throat composed of a morphologically heterogeneous group of lesions. Accurate diagnosis is primarily based on clinical characteristic,light microscopic and immunohistochemical examination. The therapy and prognosis of different laryngeal neuroendocrine neoplasms are different.
