芪贞降糖颗粒治疗肝肾阴虚型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者40例的临床观察

目的]观察芪贞降糖颗粒对肝肾阴虚型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效。方法]入选的77例肝肾阴虚型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组37例,治疗组40例。对照组给予复方血栓通胶囊干预,治疗组用芪贞降糖颗粒,治疗周期为12个月。观察患者治疗前后中医证候积分及视力、彩色眼底照相、荧光血管造影的变化情况。结果]对照组疗效总有效率为56.76%,治疗组总有效率为80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗后中医症状积分(8.68±3.09),治疗组治疗后中医症状积分(7.35±2.07),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]芪贞降糖颗粒对肝肾阴虚型非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变有效。

Clinical research on Qizhen Jiangtang granule in 40 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome

Objective] To observe the curative effect of Qizhen Jiangtang granule in 40 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods] The 77 patients were randomly divided into control group (37 cases) and treatment group (40 cases). The Xueshuantong capsule was given to the control group and the Qizhen Jiangtang granule was given to the treatment group. The treatment course was 12 months. Chinese medicine syndrome integration, vision, fundus colorized photography and fundus fluorescein angiography were respectively examined before and after treatment. Results] The total effectiveness was 56.76% in control group, and the total effectiveness was 80.00% in treatment group. There was significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05). The total syndrome integration was(8.68±3.09). The total syndrome integration was (7.35±2.07) in treatment group and there was significant difference compared with that the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion] There is a better clinical therapeutic effect of Qizhen Jiangtang granule on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.
