| 摘 要： | 为进一步明确理脾化痰降脂牌（由太子参，法半夏，白术，茯苓，草决明，莱菔子，绿茶，丹参等中药组成）的调脂作用机理，采用分层随机法将８０例高脂血症患者分为理脾化痰降脂片治疗组（简称治疗组）５０例，力平脂对照组（简称对照组）３０例。用单盲法进行临床观察和检测患者治疗前后脂蛋白脂酶（ＬＰＬ），卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶的活性。结果：理脾化痰降脂片可显著地升高ＬＰＬ，ＬＣＡＴ的活性。

| Abstract: | To further study the mechanism of Lipi Huatan Jiangzhi Tablet (LHJT) for regulating blood lipids,a single_blinded controlled clinical trial was carried out.Eighty cases of hyperlipemia were randomly allocated by stratification to LHJT group (50) and lipanthyl control group (30).The activities of lipoprotein lipase(LPL)and lecithin_cholesterol acyltrans_ferase (LCAT) were examined before and after treatment.The results showed that LHJT could significantly raised the activities of LPL and LCAT (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05 ). It is suggested that the enhancement of activity of lipid metabolic enzyme may be one of the lipid_reducing mechanisms of LHJT. |
