| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用食指背侧岛状皮瓣转移修复拇指末节损伤的效果。方法采用同侧带血管或筋膜蒂食指背侧岛状皮瓣转移修复拇指末节软组织缺损12例。结果12例均得到随访，时间1年6个月～7年，皮瓣全部成活，修复后的拇指既保留了长度，又保存了感觉和运动功能，且外形满意。结论用食指背侧岛状皮瓣转移修复拇指末节损伤是一种有效安全的手术方法，技术难度不大，所需器械简单，具有临床实用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of index dorsal island flap for repair of distal thumb injury. Methods 12 cases with distal thumb soft tissue defects were repaired by index dorsal island flaps pedicled with vessel or fascia. Results 12 cases were followed up for 1.5 - 7 years. All flaps survived. The length of thumb was restored, and sensor and motor function was recovered with good profile. Conclusions It is a safe,effective,simple way to repair distal thumb injury with index dorsal island flap, which requires simple instruments and provides practical value. |
