食管内照射支架治疗食管癌的临床研究

摘    要:目的:评价食管内照射支架治疗中晚期食管癌的临床应用价值。方法:经口腔将捆绑式碘125内照射支架沿超硬导丝推送至病变部位释放。术后每3月复查血常规、免疫指标、胸部CT和食管钡餐摄片检查。结果:10例患者支架均释放到位,患者进食困难症状完全缓解,复查食管钡餐支架通畅,病变段未发现瘘及出血现象。血常规及免疫指标未见明显变化。所有患者全身一般状况明显好转。结论:内照射支架治疗中晚期食管癌易杀灭肿瘤细胞,控制病变,是安全、有效和可行的,有重要的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of he clinical application with inradialization stent for patients with oesophagus cancinoma.Methods:Ten cases of advanced patients carcinoma were treated with inradialization stent during the Mar.2003~Apr.2004,binding I-125 inradialization stent was released on the focus passing the mouth by lead exceed rigidity.And examined the blood,immunity index,chest CT scanning and observed the Ba-meal pass through the oesophagus.Results:Right release of the stents for all patients and completeness catabatic the symptom of swallow handicap.The stents were released all right in oesophagus and without the fistula and hemorrhage and unchanged in examing the blood and immunity index,capapic status evidence mending.Conclusion:Treating the advanced oesophagus cancinoma with inradialization stent was good for killing cancinoma cells and controlling the focus growing.It was safety,effective and feasible with importance in clinic.
