针药结合治疗埃塞华人急性胃肠炎效果分析

目的:探讨针刺结合诺氟沙星治疗埃塞俄比亚华人急性胃肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将急性胃肠炎华人患者170例,随机分为治疗组(86例)及对照组(84例),两组均给予常规治疗。对照组给予诺氟沙星口服治疗,并肌注山莨菪碱。治疗组给予诺氟沙星治疗,同时对穴位行针刺治疗。对两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况比较。结果:治疗组愈显率为93.02%,优于对照组的71.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状缓解及完全消失的时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸结合诺氟沙星治疗急性胃肠炎疗效突出,起效快、疗程短,是治疗本病的较好方法。

Analysis of the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with norfloxacin in Chinese patients with acute gastroenteritis in Ethiopia

Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with norfloxacin in Chinesepatients with acute gastroenteritis in Ethiopia. Methods： 170 Chinese patients were randomly divided into treatment group （86 cases） and control group （84 cases）. Both two groups received conventional treatment. Control group was treated with norfloxaci （oral administration） and anisodamine （intramuscular injection）. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with norfloxacin. The clinical therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared. Results： The cured and markedly effective rate was 93.02% in treatment group, superior to 71.43% in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The duration of remission in treatment group was significantly shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with norfloxacin had outstanding effects for the treatment of acute gas- troenteritis with shorter duration. It was a good therapy for acute gastroenteritis.
