摘    要:药物研发进入制剂创新时代,新型药物递送系统(drug delivery system,DDS)已成为新药研发热点。我国医药产业的持续、健康发展需要新分子实体(NME)与新制剂产品两个支柱共同支撑。基于目前我国医药产业的发展现状,NME研发适宜作为我国医药产业发展的长远战略,而现阶段发展策略则应以DDS创新作为领头军。DDS能够更迅速地形成战斗力、产业规模和竞争优势,在短期内成为医药产业发展的催化剂和推动力。我国医药企业需要重视并把握创新制剂所带来的新机遇。

Abstract:New drug research and development has entered a new era of preparation innovation, and new drug delivery system (DDS) has become a new drug development hot spot. Chinese pharmaceutical industry should make new molecular entities(NME) and new formulation products as the two pillars of support to ensure a sustained and healthy development. Based on the current status of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry, NME development is more suitable to serve as long term strategy of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry, while the innovation in DDS should be adopted as a phasic development strategy. DDS can form the competitive strength, industrial superiority and scale more quickly and will become a catalyst and driving force in a short time for the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises need to attach importance to and grasp the new opportunities brought by innovation preparation.
