过敏性哮喘大鼠模型的制备

摘    要:为制备过敏性哮喘模型,腹腔注射卵蛋白致敏大鼠,2周后静脉风注射卵蛋白激发哮喘发作,应用“呼吸流量测定软件”测定气道阻力(R)和肺顺应性(C)。结果:卵蛋白激发后大鼠气道阻力明显增加,肺顺应性明显降低,两者呈显著负相关关系。结果表明以气道阻力和肺顺应性为批征的大鼠过敏性哮喘模型的复制是成功的。

Abstract:SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with ovabulmin. Two weeks later, the rats were intravenously challenged with ovalbumin, and the airway resistance, the pulmonary compliance were detected by breathe fluent analysis software. The results showed that after challenging with ovalbumin, airway resistance of the rats were significantly increased, and pulmonary compliance was obviously decreased after the challenge. The decrease of the pulmonary compliance was significantly correlated with the increment of the airway resistance. The results suggested that the allergic asthma model was successfully established. It is useful for researches on non-glucocorticoids immunosuppressive for asthma therapy ,as well as the mechanisms of glucocorticoids treatment in allergic asthma.
