| 摘 要： | 本文对建立腰椎间盘退出动物模型所采用的方法进行了综述，自发退变的动物有沙鼠、犬等，手术方法有截肢法、纤维环切开法、溶核法等，经过比较认为以前侧纤维环切开法为最优。

| Abstract: | The background of the degenerative disc animal model was reviewed. The intervertebral discs of sand rat, canine could degenerate spontaneously. The artificial methods to develop the animal model included forelimb amputation, annulotomy and chemonuclolysis. The anterior annulotomy was evaluated as the best. |
