| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对老年性呼吸道感染运用头孢吡肟治疗的疗效。方法：将我院2008年1月至2009年3月期间的78例呼吸道感染老年患者随机分为两组，观察组38例应用头孢吡肟进行治疗；对照组40例应用头孢噻肟进行治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为92．11％；对照组总有效率为70．00％，两组总有效率相比差异有统计学意义（χ^2=6．13，P〈0．05）．结论：头孢吡肟临床疗效确切，副作用小，是治疗老年呼吸道感染的一种安全有效的抗菌素。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the effect of cefepine on the elderly with respiratory tract infection. Method： From Jan. 2008 to Mar. 2009, 78 cases were divided into two groups randomly, 38 cases in observing group, treated with cefepine, 40 cases in control group treated with cefotaxime then compared the effect between two groups. Result： The total effective rate was 92.11% and 70. 00% in observing group and control group respectively. There＇s significant difference in total effective rate between two groups（X^2= 6.13, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There＇s better effect, less side effect to treat elderly respiratory tract infection. |
