| 摘 要： | 通过总结归纳近十年中医学者对于肿瘤骨转移文献,以探讨恶性肿瘤骨转移病因病机以及治疗法则.转移性骨肿瘤的病机可高度概括为正虚邪实,其中正虚以肾虚、阳虚为主,邪实则包括癌毒、痰瘀、寒凝等病理产物.故临床治疗当补肾填髓以扶正,配合解毒抑癌,破瘀化痰,温阳散寒等诸多治法.
