| 摘 要： | 目的:对比分析慢性喘息性支气管炎患者采用噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松行吸入治疗的价值。方法:以2016年3月至2018年9月南充市身心医院收治的慢性喘息性支气管炎患者139例为研究对象,根据奇偶数法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组单纯采用沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗,观察组采用噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松吸入治疗,对比临床疗效,分析患者治疗前后肺功能改善情况,记录并比较患者临床症状改善时间差异性。结果:观察组临床总疗效明显优于对照组,治疗后肺功能各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间较对照组短。结论:慢性喘息性支气管炎患者采用噻托溴铵联合沙美特罗替卡松行吸入治疗效果确切,值得推广。
