青海省人体肠道蛔虫、鞭虫和蛲虫的家庭聚集性分析

目的：了解青海省人体肠道蛔虫、鞭虫和蛲虫的家庭聚集性。方法：调查和粪检方法按全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则，统计分析应用二项分布配合X^2检验。结果：对青海省2803个家庭的14189人肠道蛔虫、蛲虫和鞭虫感染情况的分析表明，蛔虫、蛲虫和鞭虫的家庭聚集率分别为67．44％、22．60％和10．26％；蛔虫和蛲虫的感染户比率与家庭人口数呈正相关关系，随家庭人口数增加而上或；而家庭内人群感染率则与家庭人口数无关；鞭虫的感染户比率和人群感染率均与家庭人口数无关。结论：青海省人体肠道蛔虫、鞭虫和蛲虫的感染均有家庭聚集性。

Family clustering analysis of human infections of ascaris lumbricoides enterobius vermicularis and trichuris trichura in Qinghai province

Objective To know the family clustering on human infections of Ascaris lumbricoides,Enterobius vermicularis and Trichuris trichura in Qinghai province Methods Sampling and examinations were made according to the regulations of the nation-wide sruvey on human parasite distribution Statistics analysis was made by using binomial distribution and X 2test for significance reckoning Results Total of 14 189 residents from 2 803 families were examined for intestinal parasite infection and analyzed for the family clustering Family clusteting rtes of 67 44%,22 60% and 10 26% werte displayed respectively for the above three parasite infections The ratio of infctde family wete positively correlative to the number of family membets,showing a tendency of increase of infection rate with the upgrading of family members for Ascaris lumbricoides and Entetoius vetmiculatis,but not for Trichuris trichura Conclusion It is determined that the above three parasite infections had an obvious family clustering
