| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中风急性期中医辨证分型与中性粒细胞凋亡的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术检测237例中风急性期患者的血清中性粒细胞(PMN)凋亡率。结果:中风急性期患者在发病的72h内血清中PMN凋亡率显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01),且组内比较PMN凋亡率呈进行性降低趋势(P<0.05)。中脏腑患者PMN凋亡率明显低于中经络组(P<0.05);风痰火亢证、痰热腑实证、风痰瘀阻证、风火上扰证、痰湿蒙神证PMN凋亡率明显低于气虚血瘀证、阴虚风动证(P<0.05或0.01)。痰湿蒙神证、风火上扰证、风痰火亢证PMN凋亡率明显低于痰热腑实证、风痰瘀阻证、气虚血瘀证、阴虚风动证(P<0.05)。结论:中风病的致病因素、病情轻重和辨证分型与PMN凋亡率密切相关。
