弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中Survivin和bcl-2蛋白表达及相互关系

目的探讨Survivin和bcl-2在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B cell lymphoma，DLBCL）免疫类型中的表达及相互关系。方法采用免疫组化MaxVision法检测凋亡抑制基因Survivin和bcl-2在DLBCL免疫类型中和反应性增生的淋巴结中的表达。结果免疫分型60例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴痛中免疫类型GCB（germinal center-B-cell like）25例，non—GCB（non germinal center-B-cell like）35例：免疫类型GCB中survivin的阳性率为72．0％，non-GCB中survivin的阳性率为42．9％，两者之间P〈0．05；GCB中bcl-2的阳性率为76．0％，non—CCB中bcl-2的阳性率为31．4％。两者之间P〈0．01；survivin阳性弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中bcl-2阳性率为69．7％．Burvivin阴性弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中bcl-2阳性率为25．9％。在DLBCL中，Survivin的表达与bel-2蛋白表达密切相关。结论survivin、bcl-2的表达与弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的免疫学类型相关，C-CB类型中高表达，non—GCB类型中低表达。在DLBCL中Survivin与bcl-2蛋白表达密切相关，两者协同发挥抗凋亡效应。

Expression of surviving protein in DLBCL and its relationship with expression of bcl-2 protein

Objective To study the expression of survivin protein and its relationship with expression of bcl-2 protein in the immunology types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Methods The expression of surviving in the immunology types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, reactive hyperplasia lymphoid node,and the expression of bcl-2 in the immunology types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma were detected by MaxVision immunohistochemical method.Results In 60 specimens of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients,immunology type: GCB 25 cases, non-GCB 35 cases;GCB 25 cases, the positive rates of survivin was 72.0% ,non-GCB 35 cases, the positive rates of survivin was 42.9%; GCB 25 cases, the positive rates of bcl-2 was 76.0% ,non-GCB 35 cases, the positive rates of bcl-2 was 31.4%; The positive rates of bcl-2 in survivin positive and negative specimens were 69.7%,25.9% respectively, there being significant difference between the two groups( r=0.436,P<0.01).Conclusion The high expression of survivin and bcl-2 were related to GCB immunology type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma;The expression of survivin is closely correlated to that of bcl-2 and they may play a synergia role in the course of anti apoptosis.
