中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎80例临床观察

[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。[方法]小儿支气管肺炎病例240例,随机分为治疗组80例,中医对照组80例,西医对照组80例。治疗组予麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,同时选用抗生素,中医对照组单纯使用麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,西医对照组予西医抗炎及对症处理,两周后统计疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率95%,中医对照组82.5%,西医对照组85%,治疗组疗效明显好于另两组,差异有显著性,P〈0.05。胸片阴影消失情况比较,治疗组明显好于另两组,差异有显著性,P〈0.05。[结论]中西医结合治疗对小儿支气管肺炎有较好的临床疗效。

Combination of TCM and WM Treat Children Bronchial Pneumonia 80 Cases
