理冲生髓饮对Fischer344大鼠卵巢肿瘤组织的抑瘤作用及对VEGF表达的影响

目的观察理冲生髓饮对大鼠卵巢肿瘤组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法采用二甲基苯蒽(DMBA)卵巢局部埋线法诱发大鼠卵巢肿瘤模型,检测理冲生髓饮对卵巢肿瘤的抑瘤率,通过免疫组化SABC法检测肿瘤组织VEGF的表达情况。结果理冲生髓饮对卵巢肿瘤组织有抑制作用,其抑瘤率与桂枝茯苓丸组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);同时能够明显地降低卵巢瘤细胞中VEGF基因蛋白的表达水平,与模型组和桂枝茯苓丸组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论中药复方理冲生髓饮对卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中VEGF基因蛋白的过度表达有调节作用。

Anti-Tumor Effect of Lichong Shengsui Decoction on Ovarian Tumor Tissue and the Impact on VEGF Expression in Fischer344 Rats

Objective To observe the impacts of lichong shengsui decoction on vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） of ovarian tumor tissue in rats. Methods Adopt the local thread embedding method with DMBA in ovary to induce ovarian tumor model in rat. Detect anti - tumor rate of lichong shengsui decoction for ovarian tumor. Detect the expression of VEGF in tumor tissue with IHC SABC assay. Results Licong shengsui decoction inhibited ovarian tumor tissue and its anti - tumor rate was different significantly in statistics as compared with guizhi fuling pill（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Additionally, it reduced apparently the expression level of VEGF gene protein in ovarian tumor cell, indicating significant difference in statistics as compared with model group and guizhi fuling pill（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Chinese herbal compound, lichong shengsui decoction adjusts the excessive expression of VEGF gene protein in ovarian cancer tissue.
