| 摘 要： | 目的：观察脑出血患者血浆尿酸水平的变化与脑出血预后的关系。方法：按诊断标准选择脑出血患者60例根据出血量分为小、中、大量出血3组，分别观察血尿酸与出血量，意识水平，收缩压和舒张压的关系。结果：脑出血患者中血尿酸水平与出血量，意识水平，收缩压和舒张压均呈正相关。结论：血尿酸水平可以反映脑出血患者的病情程度及预后。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum uric acid and prognosis in-tracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: There are three groups according to the score of hemorrhage. To investigate the relationship among the levels of serum uric acid, the score of hemorrhage and blood pressure, disorders of consciousness. Results: There are positive correlation between the levels of serum Uric acid and the scores of hemorrhage , disorders of consciousness, blood pressure. Conclusion: The levels of serum acid can reflect the degrees of intracerebral hemorrhage. |
