| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心肺脑复苏的监护措施。方法对8例脑复苏病人采取机械通气、心电监测，亚低温及高压氧治疗等脑复苏手段，营养支持等措施。结果心肺脑复苏成功4例，复苏成功率50％，植物状态2例，放弃治疗死亡2例。结论维持有效通气及稳定的循环，预防并发症，采取有效脑复苏措施，维持肾脏、胃肠、血液及新陈代谢功能，加强心电监测及临床观察是提高复苏成功率的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore ways of monitoring and helping recover heart lung brain damage patients.Methods A total of 8 heart lung brain damage patients were monitored using mechanical ventilation,cardio electrical technology,sub low temperature measures,measure of high pressure of oxygen and nutrition support,among others. Results Four cases were recovered successfully(the recovery rate of 50%),two cases in brain dead situaton,and the rest two were dead after giving up the treatment.Conclusion The recovery rate for the patients can be enhanced by maintaining effective ventilation through stable circulation,preventing development of complications,using cardio electrical technology in monitoring and clinical observations. |
