中西医结合治疗鼻炎915例的临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗鼻炎的临床效果。方法将915例鼻炎病人随机分成中西医结合组和西医对照组进行疗效观察。结果中西医结合组458例,临床治愈102例（22.27%）,总有效430例（93.88%）;西医对照组457例,临床治愈78例（17.07%）,总有效341例（89.74%）,中西医结合组疗效优于西医对照组。结论中西医结合治疗鼻炎可以标本兼治,缩短治疗时间,提高疗效。

Combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for 915 rhinitis cases

Objective To research the clinical effect of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for rhinitis.Methods Stochastically divide 915 rhinitis patients into 2 groups,Chinese and Western medicine and Western medicine,observe the curative effect.Results Among 458 patients of Chinese and Western medicine group,102 patients(22.27%)were completely cured,and the total effective rate was 93.88%(430 patients).Out of 457 patients in Western medicine group,78 patients(17.07%)were completely cured,and the total effective rate was 87.74%(341 patients).The effect of Chinese and Western medicine was better than Western medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine can cure rhinitis completely,and meanwhile it will shorten the cure period and enhance the curative effect.
