精神病人的暴力事件与对策

本文对经司法鉴定诊断有各类精神障碍的１６５例凶杀及严重伤害案进行社会人口学、社会经济和鉴定资料分析。认为发生暴力事件的精神病人以青壮年，低文化，有暴力史，家庭经济困难，家庭关系不和及家庭放任者为主。文中提出改善经济状况，建立社会保障，健全医疗卫生网，对病人宽容耐心，采取正当防卫措施及普遍建立有中国特色的精神病人管治机构等是防止精神病人暴力事件发生的有效措施。

Mental Patients' Violent Events and In-tervention

he information analyses of social demogra-phy, social economics and forensic identificationwtie given to 165 patients with the diagnoses of allkinds of mental disorders by forensic identificationwho had done the cases of murder and severe in-juries. The results showed most of them wereyoung people, had low educational level, history ofviolence, difficult family finance, bad family rela-tionsbip and not interfered by families. It suggeststo improve family's financial status, set up socialensurence, promote medical health network, be pa-tient to patients, take proper provention and com-monly build administrative institutions which aresuitable for Chinese mental patients are useful forthe prevention of patients' violent events.
