| Abstract: | Abstract Monoclonal antibodies were produced against human angiotensinogen. An enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed using a high affinity monoclonal antibody as catching antibody and a polyclonal rabbit anti human agiotensinogen antibody as detecting antibody in a “sandwich” ELISA. |
