中-青年VBAIV患者TCD、BAEP、EEG的分析研究

目的 探讨中-青年椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕(VBAIV)患者TCD、BAEP、EEG的诊断价值.方法 对120例眩晕患者及100例正常对照组分别进行TCD、BAEP、EEG检测.结果 试验组TCD异常98例(81.6%),BAEP异常88例(73.3%),EEG异常18例(15%);对照组TCD异常23例(23%),BAEP异常7例(7%),EEG异常5例(5%).结论 TCD用于脑血流动力学分析,BAEP反映脑干功能,EEG可了解脑功能情况,三者联合检查有助于诊断.

Study of TCD,BAEP, EEG in the Youth and Middle Age Patients with Vertebrobasilar Artery Ischemia Vertigo

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transcranail Doppler(TCD)、brainatem auditory evoked potenfials(BAEP)and electroencephalogram(EEG) in the youth and middle age patiens with vertebrobasilar artery ischemia vertigo(VBAIV). Methods 120 VBAIV patiens and 100 control persons were studied by TCD,BAEP and EEG. Results There are 98 eases that TCD of patients were adnormal in test group,the abnormal rate was 81.6%, and 88 eases for BAEP(73.3%), and 18 cases for EEG(15%);There are 23 cases that TCD of patients were adnormal in control group,the abnormal rate was 23%,and 7 cases for BAEP(7%),and 5 cases for EEG(5%). Conelusion Associate with TCD、BAEP and EEG might increase the diagnostic of VBAIV.
