摘    要:目的:研究糖尿病患者实施健康教育对代谢控制的影响.方法:将我院门诊60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组:试验组(A组)为接受健康教育组30例,对照组(B组)为未接受健康教育组30例,两组均接受原有的药物治疗,每例患者均6个月后观察空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2HBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂(TG 、TC、LDL-c、HDL-c)的代谢控制情况.结果:通过专职糖尿病护士对糖尿病患者进行健康教育后代谢控制水平明显好于非教育者.结论:糖尿病患者通过健康教育后能良好地控制代谢指标,提高了自我管理能力,糖尿病健康教育在糖尿病防治中有重要作用.

Abstract:Objective:To research the metabolic control of the type II diabetics after the healthcare education for the patients.Method:60 patients suffered from type II diabetes in our outpatient department were divided into 2 groups.The Experiment Group(Group A,30 patients) received healthcare education,while the Group Comparison(Group B,30 patients) were without healthcare education.Both groups kept existing pharmacotherapy.The follow-up observation of every patient includes the measurements of fasting plasma glucose(FBG),postgrandial 2h glucose(2HBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipid cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipid cholesterol(HDL-C).Result:The level of metabolic control of those who received the healthcare education offered by the professional nurse was much better than those without healthcare education.Conclusion:The diabetics control the metabolic index was much better after the healthcare education.The education helps improve their capabilities of self-management.The healthcare education shows its importance in the prevention and control of the diabetes.
