霉菌性副鼻窦炎的CT表现

目的探讨霉茵性副鼻窦炎的CT特征和鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析18例经手术病理证实的霉菌性副鼻窦炎的CT表现。结果单侧副鼻窦发病14例，双侧副鼻窦发病4例，病变主要在上颌窦14例，累及同侧筛窦9例、蝶窦3例、额窦3例，病变侵犯后鼻孔4例。霉茵性副鼻窦炎的CT表现主要为：病变窦腔软组织阴影充填呈铸形改变，病灶内出现点状、条状钙化灶，窦腔骨壁增厚使窭腔缩小。结论霉菌性副鼻窦炎的CT表现具有窦腔缩小，窦腔密度不均增高及点状，条状钙化等特征，CT可作出正确诊断。

CT manifestations of fungal infection paranasal sinusitis

Objective To study the different diagnosis and manifestations of CT scanning of fungal infection paranasal sinusitis. Methods CT findings of 18 fungal infection paranasal sinusitis cases with surgical and pathological proven were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 14 cases of unilateral paranasal sinusitis and 4 cases of double paranasal sinusitis. The lesions were often in maxillary(n=14), ipsilateral ethmoid sinus (n=9),sphenoid sinus(n=3),sinus frontales (n=3) and posterior portion of the nasal cavity(n=4). The major CT findings of fungal infection paranasal sinusitis involved: paranasal sinuses showed heterogeneous opacification and presented a mold with small calcification; the localized bone of proliferation cirrhosis made sinus dwindling. Conclusion CT scanning of fungal infection paranasal sinusitis has characteristic findings to get a correct diagnosis.
